Q: How long does shipping take?
A: From the moment that we recieve your order until the moment that IT is in your hands, we will do IT with great care! Every item is customed printed the moment that you order it to insure the highest quality and value. Due to this unique customization process your order will take from 5-7 business days to create and then it will be shipped out UPS Ground. Please note that shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take an extra 5-7 business days to ship due to distance.
Q: How will my product be shipped?
Q: Where can you ship products?
A: We can ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We can ship to other countries so e-mail us and we will get right back to you.
Q: Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Yes! Because we ship through the post office we can ship to P.O. boxes! But, please be advised that you will not recieve delivery confirmation for P.O. Boxes.
Q: What if I want to return my product?
A: If for any reason you are not 100% satisified with your order we'll take it back. You may return the product for a refund within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following exceptions:
Condition: The item must be in brand new condition, and in in original packaging.
Personalized Items: Unfortunately due to the time and delicite effort it takes to create a personalized item we can not accept returns, unless a mistake was made on our part.
Shipping: If you are returning an item because you are unsatisifed you only need to pay return shipping, and your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
To return/exchange your items: Please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Shipping Label.
Q: What if there is a problem with my order?
A: If a mistake is made on our part and you recieve a wrong or damaged product please contact Customer Service to receive a pre-paid return package. Once we recieve the wrong/damaged product we will gladly send the correct item at no extra cost to you.
